Fitness Network is a Gym Equipment Specialist. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager.
The ideal candidate is responsible for leading a team of trained product experts who provide our customers with a delightful, frictionless experience for both South Africa and Europe.
- This will start off with the processing of aftersale procedures.
- Initiating dispatches of orders and following up on deliveries.
- Keeping record of back orders and processing all post sale notifications and queries. To start this role will be largely doing until the process is understood and then it will move into the handling of team who processes all aftersale functions between SA and the UK.
- We are looking for somebody with some customer tact and understanding, strong administration skills and some thick skin to handle the odd disgruntled customer here and there.
- Provide leadership and coaching to assure that all employees succeed in meeting individual performance goals as well as career growth
- Establish performance benchmarks and hold team to those goals
- Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ of customer service management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
